DAYLESFORD MUSEUM Run by the Daylesford Historical Society, it is the third biggest regional museum in the state.
MEET AT THE CLUB ROOMS AND BE READY TO LEAVE AT 9.30.
We will be travelling to Daylesford via Ashbourne Rd, Woodend (the “scenic route”!)
Morning coffee will be in Daylesford so we will park near the museum and find cafes nearby. Expected time of arrival in Daylesford is 10.30 for anybody who wants to meet us there. The Museum is expecting us at 11 o’clock.
Entry fee is $4 per head. We will be given a talk and then be free to view the collection at our leisure. The gentleman from the Historical Society said it takes an hour to an hour and a half to look around the collection.
