For Club Members who wish to place an advertisement.

Private advertisements in our classifieds section are free of charge for current members of the Macedon Ranges and District Motor Club.

Members can login to the Members Portal and click on the Members tab to place an advertisement.

Please contact the Secretary if you would like to place a business advertisement.

Members wishing to sell, keep the following important points in mind:

It is a state government requirement that any advertisement for a vehicle for sale must include either the registration number or the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

When conducting transactions online, be cautious of untrustworthy individuals who may try to take advantage of you. Always verify the legitimacy of the person you are dealing with. If you are selling, do not hand over the goods until you have confirmed payment. If you are buying, use a secure payment system.

Classifieds – Terms of Service

Our classifieds section is available to members wishing to buy or sell automobile-related items, including cars and parts.

Advertisements in this section will, in most cases, also appear in our "MotorMouth" magazine, which is distributed to approximately 300 club members.

This website and our club magazine serve as valuable resources for members to find or sell vehicles and parts, ensuring that your advertisements reach the heart of the car club community.

**Please Note:**

If you wish to advertise a vehicle, whether you are selling a complete car or parts (for wrecking), it is required by law to provide the vehicle's current registration number or the vehicle identification number (VIN) and/or engine number if the vehicle is not registered. This information must be displayed alongside your advertisement.

For the sale of a complete vehicle, you are also legally obligated to display the full asking price, rather than stating "best offer."
