October General Meeting & Annual General Meeting 2026

We will meet on Sunday 4th October

Gates open at 8:30am for Red Plate Inspections with the Coffee Van from 9:00am ($2 per cup)

The General Meeting will commence at 11:00am followed by the Annual General Meeting 11:30am

After the meeting there will be a barbecue for members.

A full agenda and formal meeting notice will been emailed to all members.

At the AGM, in accordance with the Club Constitution, all executive committee positions will be declared vacant and elections conducted for those positions. If more than one nomination is received, elections for the following positions will be held: President; Vice President; Secretary; Treasurer and Membership Officer.

Any member who wishes to nominate for an executive club position is required to lodge a written nomination with the Secretary no later than 30 clear days prior to the AGM. Nomination forms are available from the Secretary upon request. Other Club committee positions are by appointment. If any member wishes to be considered for a committe position, please advise the Secretary or any member of the Executive Committee.
