Can you help with the running of our 40th PAHR?

Where: Clubrooms, Webb Crescent, New Gisborne

We are holding our second crucial planning meeting for the landmark 40th Picnic at Hanging Rock Car Show (14 Feb 2027).

• To all Committee Members: Full attendance is highly important to ensure we lock in early logistics and keep our momentum moving forward. If you missed the first meeting, please make every effort to attend this session.
• To all Club Members: We need your help! A milestone 40th-anniversary event takes a lot of hands. If you would like to get involved in the planning, share your ideas, or help out on sub-committees, please join us. Your support is what makes our club events successful.

The meeting will take place inside the clubrooms starting at 10:30 AM.
